The arms are composited albeit, with heavy
photoshop work done. At the time this work
was created, we did not have photos of Shaq
in the position featured here. We took photos
of the arms of a body builder and I worked to
comp these into the Shaq shot.
The shirt was painted as of course was the fire
and all the fire's radiant lighting effects. Much
of the crowed and camera flashes were
painted. I rendered out the court floor,
composited it and produced, in post, the
stadium's spotlight effects.
DETAIL:
Many details were painted ( from the sweat
down to the holes in the jersey ).
